Wednesday healthy recipe

Hello my fellow people today is November 26, 2014. It's black Wednesday the day to drink cuz you won't have to go to work tmrw. But I am going to post a quick recipe because I don't have must time today to fit in all the things that the kids and I are doing.
I know that kale chips maybe popular but I'm not a fan of kale but I found a recipe for spinach chips and they are just to die for.

Spinach chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take 1-2 handfuls of spinach
2 TBSP olive oil
Garlic powder (pinch)
Sea salt (to taste)

Pour olive oil over spinach in a bowl then season and mix well to make sure every piece of spinach is covered

Place parchment paper on cookie sheet cook 9-11 mins

Then enjoy your delicious snack.

Okay off to do these crafts with the kids I precut all the materials yesterday.

My husband happens to be sick today but luckily Ziggy is taking good care of him.

Happy Thanksgiving

Friday Recipe Day

Hello my fellow people today is November 21, 2014. I'm just going to share a simple recipe that I used last night then it's off to take a nap because I am exhausted.

Simple Banana Bread

Ingredients
2-3 very ripe bananas, peeled
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup of sugar (can easily use 3/4 cup, or drop it down to 1/2 cup if you want it less sweet)
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350°F, and butter a 4x8-inch loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.

Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.

Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes (check at 50 minutes) at 350°F, or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack. Remove the banana bread from the pan. Slice and serve. (A bread knife helps to make slices that aren't crumbly.)

Throwback Thursday

Hello my fellow people today is November 20, 2014. I am sooo cold today and I am so ready for the work week to be over. I only work one day next week so I am looking forward to sleeping in and staying cozy warm in my bed.
Don't have much planned today with the kids with andrew potty training and it being so cold out there isn't many places we can go. But tmrw is Friday and although my Friday's are busy with errands and all Friday's always go by so quickly. I wrote my letter to Santa last night. Dear Santa ,
I have been a very good girl this year. And all I'd really like this year is a baby. With all the love we can give them I think we are ready now. If not please bring me some good shit. Okay thanks write back soon. I'll leave good cookies for you I promise.
Sincerely
Devinne
I think it is quite good if you ask me!!! I'm hoping that since both my husband and I have been taking vitamins that hopefully this weekend we can try and fingers crossed concieve!! It's strange to think that years ago before I was married I never thought that when I was 26 years old, that I would be having so much trouble having a baby. It's not so much that we are having trouble it's more that I've been to and from the doctor a million times and no questions have been answered. I'm as healthy as a horse so why all the trouble? So questions may not get answers but I know in my heart that God does have the answers and soon they maybe revealed. So for some throwback pictures.

TBT: Febuary 2011 when damian our nephew was just a little baby.

TBT: Auntie D snuggling with baby Damian in 2010

TBT: My husband and I at the corn maze when we were dating.

Hope you all have a warm and great day stay bundled up.

WEDNESDAY halfway through the week

Hello my fellow people today is November 19, 2014. It is a cold one out there today not as cold as it was yesterday but winter sure did come fast but we don't have any snow on the ground so I am very thankful for that. Next week is already thanksgiving I feel like this year has sped by like a speeding bullet. And having a year fly by is great but then thinking about how it's yet another year that we haven't welcomed a cute little one into the world well then it's just sad. But God has a plan for all of us and right now that must not be part of our plan. But we will keep praying and hoping. So anyways back to the good stuff I have some more pics from the past few months I will leave you with some before the kids (I nanny) and I do our morning routine.

There is me and my handsome hubs in August all sun kissed and cute. ☀️☀️☀️

And of course our cat Son Ziggy and his crazy ways to be comfy.

For Halloween my husband went as TED the bear and I was of course a ninja turtle. We looked so cute.

Chris had a little to much fun posing probably as much fun as I had taking the pictures. 😂😂😂😂

And lastly handsome Ziggy in his ref uniform calling all the touchdowns. I hope you all have a great day.

Tuesday, November 18, 2014

Well hello……picture Tuesday? Is back??!?

Hello my fellow people today is November 18, 2014 it has been a long while since I have posted but to go along with all that has happened since I last wrote. I have been extremely busy with lots and lots. Also my husband and I are still trying for kids!!! In the beginning of October I found out that I had suffered from a miscarriage which was sad and unfortunate but we still are looking to the positive side that we know that we can have kids and now just need to wait for God to tell us when the perfect time is. I started a great new job I only work three days a week normally, this week they asked if I wanted to come for the whole week. And of course with Christmas coming naturally I said yes so I can go bananas 🍌🍌🍌 buying gifts. Recently I have been spending time with a long time friend I didn't think that I would ever be hanging out with her as much after everything that has happened. But as I have been looking at all things positive to help us get through some hard times I realize there was a reason we stopped talking and hanging out as much but there is also a reason she is still in my life and I am glad she is. Like usual I used to do picture Tuesday so I'm gonna throw up a few pictures from the last few months. The goal now is to write every other day or when I get a chance but now that I have managed other things I now have time to blog again. So here's your pics.

My niece Madison Kelly was born August 22, 2014 she loves her time at auntie and uncles house along with big brother Damian.

We watched them this past weekend they had a blast

It was Ziggys first time around a baby and he made me so proud being protective and such a good boy.

Chris recently painted our living room and we rearranged to make lots and lots of space.

I just realized it will take me a few days to catch everyone up with the millions of pics I have from the past few months but Chris and I are doing great still happier then ever and madly in love I gotta go gather the kids to get dressed for the day hope you all have a great day.
